Some metal filings were embedded in the cheese naan. How does that happen??? A call was made immediately and the manager was informed and photo proof was sent. We discarded the naans. The manager's response was that they would sort it out and said thanks for letting them know, however no apologies were made neither was there an offer of refund for the unacceptable food. My husband had to ask for a refund in which the manager turned and asked for bank info to send the refund the next day. I'm not even bothering because a card payment was made and just as simple a card refund could've been done. This was our go-to spot in the area. Should the matter been handled differently then we would have definitely stayed as repeat customers.

chips were over cooked, nann bread still had dough in the middle and had popadoms missing from my order. Also my chicken tikka had very little chicken In the portion only about 4 small pieces.

Walked in for a collection only to be told it was cancelled I ordered 2.hrs before hand but waited until I walked in the bar. Blaming someone else for the mistake of times ect. Your pub your menu you should keep an eye on times for when you can collect from.
